Provided is a decorative material which has high initial adhesive strength when being applied, enabling excellent suitability for application, and which exhibits excellent long-term adhesion with no occurrence of detachment even from long-term use. Also provided is a decorative member having excellent long-term adhesion. The decorative material comprises a base material processed through a decoration process and has a water vapor transmission rate between 0.75 g/m2·24h and 45 g/m2·24h inclusive, as measured according to the testing methods for determining water vapor transmission rate of moisture-proof packaging materials (cup method) defined in JIS Z0208: 1976. The decorative member comprises the decorative material and a base body, and the base body faces the base material of the decorative material with an adhesive layer therebetween.
L'invention concerne un matériau décoratif qui a une force adhésive initiale élevée lorsqu'il est appliqué, permettant une excellente aptitude à l'application, et qui présente une excellente adhérence à long terme sans problème de détachement même après une longue utilisation. L'invention concerne également un élément décoratif ayant une excellente adhérence à long terme. Le matériau décoratif comprend un matériau de base traité par un procédé de décoration et a un coefficient de perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau entre 0,75 g/m2·24h et 45 g/m2·24h, comme mesuré selon les procédés de test pour déterminer le coefficient de perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau des matériaux d'emballage étanches à l'humidité (procédé en coupelle) définis dans la norme JIS Z0208: 1976.
