The present invention relates to an illuminating panel, in particular integrated into a traversable surface, comprising, in succession, a first protective film arranged on the front face of the device, a first exterior encapsulating film, an interior encapsulating film, a second exterior encapsulating film, and a second protective film arranged on the rear face of the device, one of the films chosen from among the first exterior encapsulating film, the interior encapsulating film and the second exterior encapsulating film coating at least one active element suitable for emitting light. The present invention also relates to a method for producing such a panel and a functional traversable surface with such a panel. Figure for the abstract: Fig. 1
La présente invention concerne une dalle lumineuse, notamment intégrable dans une chaussée circulable, comprenant successivement un premier film de protection, disposé en face avant du dispositif, un premier film encapsulant extérieur, un film encapsulant intérieur, un deuxième film encapsulant extérieur, et un deuxième film de protection, disposé en face arrière du dispositif, l'un des films choisis parmi le premier film encapsulant extérieur, le film encapsulant intérieur et le deuxième film encapsulant extérieur enrobant au moins un élément actif adapté pour émettre de la lumière. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une telle dalle, ainsi qu'une chaussée circulable fonctionnalisée avec une telle dalle. Figure pour l'abrégé : Fig.1
