METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATION FABRIC OF FULL SHADING CURTAIN
A method for producing a lamination fabric of a full shading curtain. The mentioned lamination fabric of the full shading curtain comprises a first base fabric layer (1), a first adhesive layer (4), a TPU black shading film (2), a second adhesive layer (5), and a second base fabric layer (3), wherein surfaces of both the first base fabric layer (1) and the second base fabric layer (3) have patterns formed by embossing. The lamination fabric of the full shading curtain is produced according to the following steps: base fabric treating, TPU black shading film (2) preparing, first-step hot-pressing laminating, and second-step hot-pressing laminating. According to the method for producing the lamination fabric of the full shading curtain, the TPU black shading film (2) is produced by using a press blow molding method, then is subjected to hot-pressing laminating with the first base fabric layer (1) subjected to degreasing and cleaning treatment, and then is subjected to hot-pressing laminating with the second base fabric layer (3), so that the whole production process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. Phenyl salicylate and titanium dioxide are used in the TPU black shading film (2), so that the lamination fabric has good ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance, and further has good heat and sound insulating effects.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un tissu de stratification d'un rideau d'occultation totale. Le tissu de stratification mentionné du rideau d'occultation totale comprend une première couche de tissu de base (1), une première couche adhésive (4), un film occultant noir en TPU (2), une seconde couche adhésive (5) et une seconde couche de tissu de base (3), des surfaces de la première couche de tissu de base (1) et de la seconde couche de tissu de base (3) ayant des motifs formés par gaufrage. Le tissu de stratification du rideau d'occultation totale est produit selon les étapes suivantes consistant à : traiter le tissu de base, préparer le film occultant noir en TPU (2), stratifier par pressage à chaud lors d'un première étape et stratifier par pressage à chaud lors d'une seconde étape. Selon le procédé de production du tissu de stratification du rideau d'occultation totale, le film occultant noir en TPU (2) est produit à l'aide d'un procédé de moulage par soufflage à la presse, puis est soumis à une stratification par pressage à chaud avec la première couche de tissu de base (1) soumise à un traitement de dégraissage et de nettoyage, puis est soumis à une stratification par pressage à chaud avec la seconde couche de tissu de base (3), de telle sorte que l'ensemble du procédé de production est respectueux de l'environnement et exempt de pollution. Du salicylate de phényle et du dioxyde de titane sont utilisés dans le film occultant noir en TPU (2), de telle sorte que le tissu de stratification présente une bonne résistance aux ultraviolets et une bonne résistance au vieillissement, et présente en outre de bons effets d'isolation thermique et acoustique.
