The present invention relates to a modular facility for producing a food product, comprising first and second containers (1, 2) and at least one piece of equipment (E1,..., E9), in which facility each of the containers comprises an openwork panel with a connecting aperture (171, 271) of the same size; the facility further comprises fasteners for attaching the openwork panels to each other by coupling with the corner parts at the tops of the openwork panels, each of the connecting apertures having a seal (1711, 2711) around its periphery and extending to the outer face of the corresponding openwork panel so as to be pressed against the seal of the other connection opening during attachment.
La présente invention concerne une usine modulaire pour la fabrication d'un produit alimentaire comprenant des premier et deuxième conteneurs (1, 2) et au moins un équipement (E1, …, E9), dans laquelle chacun des conteneurs comprend un panneau ajouré avec une ouverture d'assemblage (171, 271) de même dimension; l'usine comprenant en outre des fixations permettant d'assurer la fixation des panneaux ajourés l'un contre l'autre par couplage avec les pièces de coin aux sommets des panneaux ajourés, chacune des ouvertures d'assemblage présentant un joint (1711, 2711) sur son pourtour et s'étendant jusque sur la face extérieure du panneau ajouré correspondant de sorte à s'écraser contre le joint de l'autre ouverture d'assemblage lors de la fixation.
