PHENOLIC FOAM INSULATION MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed is a phenolic foam insulation material prepared by expanding and curing an expandable phenolic resin composition containing a phenolic resin, an expanding agent, an acidic catalyst, and an inorganic neutralizing agent, wherein the inorganic neutralizing agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, and magnesium carbonate, and the inorganic neutralizing agent is coated with a binder. Such a phenolic foam insulation material and a preparation method therefor can prevent cell cracking and insulation performance degradation caused by the use of an inorganic neutralizing agent and can suppress the occurrence of metal corrosion upon contact with metal materials. In addition, the removal of unreacted formaldehyde inside the phenolic foam insulation material can lead to a safe use as an insulation material.
L'invention concerne un matériau d'isolation en mousse phénolique préparé par expansion et durcissement d'une composition de résine phénolique expansible contenant une résine phénolique, un agent d'expansion, un catalyseur acide, et un agent neutralisant inorganique, l'agent neutralisant inorganique étant au moins un élément sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par l'hydroxyde d'aluminium, l'oxyde de zinc, le carbonate de calcium et le carbonate de magnésium, et l'agent neutralisant inorganique étant revêtu d'un liant. Un tel matériau d'isolation en mousse phénolique et son procédé de préparation peuvent empêcher la fissuration cellulaire et la dégradation des performances d'isolation provoquées par l'utilisation d'un agent neutralisant inorganique et peuvent supprimer l'apparition d'une corrosion métallique au contact de matériaux métalliques. De plus, l'élimination du formaldéhyde n'ayant pas réagi à l'intérieur du matériau isolant en mousse phénolique peut conduire à une utilisation sûre en tant que matériau isolant.
