Provided is a system and the like capable of assisting remote operation of a work machine by a remote operator so that a contingency such as contact between the work machine and a machine operator can be avoided. Even in a situation in which a first determination result is positive and remote operation of a work machine 40 through a remote operation device 20 is possible, remote operation of the work machine 40 is not allowed if a second determination result is positive and it is highly probable that a worker such as a machine operator OP2 carrying a mobile terminal 60 is on the work machine 40 or is so close to the work machine 40 that short-range wireless communication between the work machine 40 and the mobile terminal 60 is established.
L'invention concerne un système et similaire capable d'aider au fonctionnement à distance d'un engin de chantier par un opérateur à distance de telle sorte qu'une éventualité d'un contact entre l'engin de chantier et un opérateur de machine peut être évitée.
