COMPOSITE NONWOVEN MAT WITH COATING LAYER
A composite nonwoven mat and a method of making a composite nonwoven mat are provided. The composite nonwoven mat includes a nonwoven base layer having a first surface and a second surface, and a coating layer formed on, penetrating into, and adhered to the first surface of the nonwoven base layer. The coating layer includes a polymer material and a carrier composition. The composite nonwoven mat has an average Gurley porosity of at least 500 seconds.
L'invention concerne un tapis non tissé composite et un procédé de fabrication d'un tapis non-tissé composite. Le tapis non tissé composite comprend une couche de base non tissée ayant une première surface et une seconde surface, et une couche de revêtement formée sur, pénétrant dans, et collée à la première surface de la couche de base non tissée. La couche de revêtement comprend un matériau polymère et une composition de support. Le tapis non tissé composite a une porosité Gurley moyenne d'au moins 500 secondes.
