The invention relates to a device for preparing a wool-based insulation product, comprising a chamber comprising an inlet opening, through which a carrier gas flow and wool in the form of nodules or flakes are introduced, at least one means capable of generating a turbulent gas flow in said chamber; and an outlet opening, through which flakes mixed with an outlet gas flow are expelled, characterised in that said device further comprises a system for adjusting the outlet opening allowing the surface of the outlet opening to be controlled.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de préparation d'un produit d'isolation à base de laine comprenant une enceinte comprenant une ouverture d'entrée par laquelle un flux de gaz porteur et une laine sous forme de nodules ou de flocons sont introduits, au moins un moyen susceptible de générer un écoulement gazeux turbulent dans ladite enceinte, et une ouverture de sortie par laquelle des flocons mélangées à un flux gazeux de sortie sont expulsés, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend en outre un système d'ajustement de l'ouverture de sortie permettant de contrôler la surface de l'ouverture de sortie.
