A cubic boron nitride (cBN)-based composite including about 30 - 65 vol. % cBN, about 15 - 45 vol. % titanium (Ti)-containing binders, about 2 - 20 vol. % zirconium dioxide (ZrO2), about 3 - 15 vol. % cobalt-tungsten-borides (CoxWyBz), and about 2 - 15 vol. % aluminum oxide (AI2O3).
L'invention concerne un nitrure de bore cubique (cBN) comprenant environ 30 à 65 % en volume de cBN, environ 15 à 45 % en volume de liants contenant du titane (Ti), environ 2 à 20 % en volume de dioxyde de zirconium (ZrO2), environ 3 à 15 % en volume de borures de cobalt-tungstène (CoxWyBz) et environ 2 à 15 % en volume d'oxyde d'aluminium (AI2O3).
