Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Zuschnitten auf einen Träger mit einer Schneidwalze enthaltend eine Anzahl von Messern zum Erzeugen der Zuschnitte aus einer Materiaibahn, mit einer der Schneidwalze zugeordneten Vakuumtrommel, mittels derer die Zuschnitte unter Anhaften an der Vakuumtrommel auf den in einer Transportbahn bereitgestellten Träger überführt wird, wobei die Dosiereinrichtung derart auf eine Fördergeschwindigkeit der Materiaibahn einwirkt, dass die mittels der Schneidwalze erzeugten Zuschnitte um einen Abstand versetzt zueinander an der Vakuumtrommel anhaftend von derselben auf die entlang der Transportbahn in einem Abstand versetzt zueinander bereitgestellten vereinzelten Trägern übergeben werden, wobei die Zuschnitte förderstromabwärts und förderstromaufwärts bündig zu den Trägern angeordnet sind.
The invention relates to a device for depositing blanks onto a support, comprising a cutting roller which contains a number of blades in order to produce the blanks from a material web and comprising a vacuum drum which is paired with the cutting roller and by means of which the blanks, while adhered to the vacuum drum, are transferred onto the support, said support being provided on a transport track. The metering device has an effect on the conveyor speed of the material web such that the blanks produced by the cutting roller are transferred in a mutually spaced manner by the vacuum drum, while the blanks are adhered to same, onto the individualized supports, which are provided in a mutually spaced manner along the transport track, wherein the blanks are arranged so as to be flush with the supports upstream and downstream in the conveyor direction.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de dépôt d'ébauches sur un support, comprenant un rouleau de coupe qui contient un certain nombre de lames afin de produire les ébauches à partir d'une bande de matériau et comprenant un tambour à vide qui est apparié au rouleau de coupe et au moyen duquel les ébauches, tout en adhérant au tambour à vide, sont transférées sur le support, ledit support étant disposé sur une voie de transport. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Zuschnitten auf einen Träger mit einer Schneidwalze enthaltend eine Anzahl von Messern zum Erzeugen der Zuschnitte aus einer Materiaibahn, mit einer der Schneidwalze zugeordneten Vakuumtrommel, mittels derer die Zuschnitte unter Anhaften an der Vakuumtrommel auf den in einer Transportbahn bereitgestellten Träger überführt wird, wobei die Dosiereinrichtung derart auf eine Fördergeschwindigkeit der Materiaibahn einwirkt, dass die mittels der Schneidwalze erzeugten Zuschnitte um einen Abstand versetzt zueinander an der Vakuumtrommel anhaftend von derselben auf die entlang der Transportbahn in einem Abstand versetzt zueinander bereitgestellten vereinzelten Trägern übergeben werden, wobei die Zuschnitte förderstromabwärts und förderstromaufwärts bündig zu den Trägern angeordnet sind.
