Process for producing pastes for ceramic tiles, comprising the following steps: - wet grinding an initial ceramic mixture in order to obtain a slip; subjecting the slip to a mechanical dehydration step; - following the mechanical dehydration, subjecting the slip to an extrusion step, to obtain prismatic agglomerates of ceramic mixture; - subjecting the prismatic agglomerates to a drying step; - following the drying step, subjecting the prismatic agglomerates to a pulverisation step, in order to obtain granules of ceramic mixture.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pâtes pour des carreaux céramiques, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : - effectuer un broyage humide d'un mélange céramique initial pour obtenir une barbotine ; soumettre la barbotine à une étape de déshydratation mécanique ; - après la déshydratation mécanique, soumettre la barbotine à une étape d'extrusion pour obtenir des agglomérats prismatiques de mélange céramique ; - soumettre les agglomérats prismatiques à une étape de séchage ; - après l'étape de séchage, soumettre les agglomérats prismatiques à une étape de pulvérisation afin d'obtenir des granulés de mélange céramique.
