Disclosed are a system comprising an intelligent floor, and an intelligent floor and a manufacturing method therefor. The system comprises an intelligent floor; a signal collector (106), which is arranged on the intelligent floor and configured to collect data representing user behavior characteristics on the intelligent floor; a controller, which is in signal connection with the signal collector (106), and is configured to determine, according to the data representing the user behavior characteristics, whether a user behavior is abnormal, and if so, output prompt information; and an alarm system and/or a terminal, which is in signal connection with the controller, wherein the alarm system is configured to trigger an alarm according to an alarm instruction in the prompt information, the terminal receives the prompt information, and the prompt information is information indicating that the user behavior is abnormal.
