The invention relates to a foldable gazebo-type shelter (1), comprising a rigid structure (2) which supports a flexible roof cover (3), characterised in that the structure (2) comprises a central pole (4) which is mounted on a central plate (5), at least four arms (6) which are articulated, on the one hand, at their lower ends to the central plate (5) and which are connected, on the other hand, in an intermediate zone of the arms (6) to a slide (7) which is displaceable along the pole (4) by means of at least four respective tie rods (8) which combine the rotation of the arms (6) with the displacement of the slide (7), the pole (4) being fitted at the upper end thereof to the top of the roof cover (3) while the external ends of the arms (6) support peripheral corners of the roof cover (3), the arms (6) being pivotable initially between a position in which they are folded along the pole (4) and a position in which they are radially semi-deployed around the pole (4) and in which the arms (6) are retained at the external ends thereof by respective corner posts (9) which bear on the ground, the arms (6) and the associated posts (9) forming an M-shape, then between the semi-deployed position and a position in which the arms are radially deployed around the pole (4) in a plane substantially perpendicular to the pole (4), this deployment being brought about by the relative displacement between the slide (7) and the central pole (4).

L'invention concerne un abri (1) pliable de type gazebo comprenant une structure (2) rigide soutenant une enveloppe de toit (3) souple caractérisé en ce que la structure (2) comprend un mat central (4) monté sur une platine centrale (5), au moins quatre bras (6) articulés d'une part à leurs extrémités inférieures sur ladite platine centrale (5) et reliés d'autre part, dans une zone intermédiaire des bras (6), à un coulisseau (7) déplaçable le long du mat (4) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins quatre tirants (8) respectifs combinant la rotation des bras (6) au déplacement du coulisseau (7), le mat (4) étant à son extrémité supérieure ajusté sur le sommet de l'enveloppe de toit (3) tandis que les bras (6) soutiennent par leur extrémités extérieures des angles périphériques de l'enveloppe de toit (3), les bras (6) étant pivotables tout d'abord entre une position rabattue le long du mat (4) et une position semi-déployée radialement autour du mat (4), dans laquelle les bras (6) sont retenus à leurs extrémités extérieures par des poteaux d'angles (9) respectifs prenant appui au sol, les bras (6) et les poteaux (9) associés formant un M, puis entre la position semi-déployée et une position déployée radialement autour du mat (4) dans un plan sensiblement perpendiculaire au mat (4), ce déploiement étant assuré par le déplacement relatif entre le coulisseau (7) et le mat central (4).
