DURABILITY-ENHANCED FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER STRIP AND LATTICE-SHAPED GEOGRID USING SAME
The present invention relates to a durability-enhanced fiber reinforced polymer strip including: an aggregate of multiple fibers as a reinforcing material; a thermoplastic polymer resin as a coating material; and an adhesive using an adhesive powder and disposed on the reinforcing material surface, wherein when applied around a reinforcing fiber upon manufacture of the fiber reinforced polymer strip, the adhesive powder can strengthen adhesiveness between the reinforcing fiber and the polymer resin to be applied thereon, whereby the polymer strip has improved self-durability.
La présente invention concerne une bande polymère renforcée par des fibres à durabilité améliorée comprenant : un agrégat de multiples fibres en tant que matériau de renforcement ; une résine polymère thermoplastique en tant que matériau de revêtement ; et un adhésif utilisant une poudre adhésive et disposé sur la surface de matériau de renforcement. Lorsqu'elle est appliquée autour d'une fibre de renforcement lors de la fabrication de la bande polymère renforcée par des fibres, la poudre adhésive peut renforcer l'adhérence entre la fibre de renforcement et la résine polymère à appliquer sur celle-ci, de ce fait la bande polymère possède une auto-durabilité améliorée.
본 발명은 보강재인 다수의 섬유 집합체; 피복재인 열가소성 고분자 수지 및 상기 보강재 표면에 접착파우더를 이용한 접착재로 구성된 내구성이 향상된 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립에 관한 것으로, 섬유 보강 고분자 스트립 제조시 보강섬유 주위에 접착파우더를 도포하여 상기 보강섬유에 피복되는 고분자 수지와 접착력이 강화되어 자체 내구성이 향상된 특징이 있다.

Lorsqu'elle est appliquée autour d'une fibre de renforcement lors de la fabrication de la bande polymère renforcée par des fibres, la poudre adhésive peut renforcer l'adhérence entre la fibre de renforcement et la résine polymère à appliquer sur celle-ci, de ce fait la bande polymère possède une auto-durabilité améliorée.
