FLOOR PLATE STRUCTURE OF MOBILE BUILDING MODULE, AND FORMING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a floor plate structure of a building module, enabling a mobile building to be modularized and constructed in a prefabricated manner, and the floor plate structure comprises: a lightweight, aerated concrete panel placed on the upper surface of a beam member; and a steel plate placed on the upper surface of the lightweight, aerated concrete panel, and is fixedly provided on the beam member by means of a fastening member, wherein the lightweight, aerated concrete panel is provided as a non-composite structure with the steel plate so as not to be restricted by the beam member and the steel plate, and thus can slide according to extension and contraction caused by temperature. The present invention is formed by a method comprising the steps of: a) holding the lightweight, aerated concrete panel on the upper surface of the beam member; b) stacking, on the upper surface of the lightweight, aerated concrete panel, the steel plate having a welding hole; c) fixing the fastening member to the beam member so that the upper end thereof including a head part protrudes in the welding hole while the fastening member passes through the welding hole and the lightweight, aerated concrete panel so as to be screw-coupled to the beam member; d) fixing the fastening member to the steel plate by welding the upper end of the fastening member to the steel plate; and e) flattening the upper surface of the steel plate.
La présente invention concerne une structure de plaque de plancher d'un module de construction, permettant à un bâtiment mobile d'être formé de manière modulaire et construit de façon préfabriquée, la structure de plaque de plancher comprenant : un panneau en béton alvéolaire léger placé sur la surface supérieure d'un élément de poutre ; et une plaque d'acier placée sur la surface supérieure du panneau en béton alvéolaire léger, et est disposée de manière fixe sur l'élément de poutre au moyen d'un élément de fixation, le panneau en béton alvéolaire léger est fourni sous forme d'une structure non composite avec la plaque d'acier de façon à ne pas être limité par l'élément de poutre et la plaque d'acier, et peut ainsi coulisser en fonction de la dilatation et la contraction provoquées par la température. La présente invention est formée par un procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) maintenir le panneau en béton alvéolaire léger sur la surface supérieure de l'élément de poutre ; b) empiler, sur la surface supérieure du panneau en béton alvéolaire léger, une plaque d'acier ayant un trou de soudage ; c) fixer l'élément de fixation à l'élément de poutre de telle sorte que l'extrémité supérieure de celui-ci comprenant une partie de tête faisant saillie dans le trou de soudage tandis que l'élément de fixation passe à travers le trou de soudage et le panneau en béton alvéolaire léger de façon à être couplé par vis à l'élément de poutre ; d) fixer l'élément de fixation à la plaque d'acier par soudage de l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de fixation à la plaque d'acier ; et e) aplatir la surface supérieure de la plaque d'acier.
본 발명은 이동 가능한 건축물을 모듈화시켜 조립식으로 구축할 수 있도록 하는 건축물 모듈의 바닥판 구조에 관한 것으로서, 상기 바닥판 구조는 보부재의 상면에 놓여지는 경량기포콘크리트 패널과, 상기 경량기포콘크리트 패널의 상면에 놓여지는 강판으로 이루어지고, 체결부재에 의해 보부재에 고정 설치되되 경량기포콘크리트 패널은 보부재와 강판에 의해 구속되지 않아 온도신축에 따른 미끄럼이동이 가능하도록 강판과 비합성구조로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이는 a) 보부재의 상면에 경량기포콘크리트 패널을 거치시키는 단계; b) 상기 경량기포콘크리트 패널의 상면에 용접홀이 구비된 강판을 적층시키는 단계; c) 상기 용접홀과 경량기포콘크리트 패널을 관통하여 보부재에 나사체결되면서 머리부를 포함한 상단이 용접홀 내에 돌출되도록 체결부재를 보부재에 고정시키는 단계; d) 체결부재의 상단을 강판과 용접시켜 체결부재를 강판에 고정시키는 단계; e) 강판의 상면을 평탄화시키는 단계;로 이루어지는 방법에 의해 형성된다.
