Provided are a hidden hinge and a shower-room door and window structure; the shower-room door and window structure comprises glass walls (2), glass doors and windows (1), and a hidden hinge; the hidden hinge comprises a first body (4) and a second body (3); the first body (4) and the second body (3) are arranged hingedly connected; the rotation of the second body (3) relative to the first body (4) forms the closing or opening of the hinge; comprised are a bend plate (7) and a damping assembly; one end of the bend plate (7) is arranged in the first body (4) and is hinged thereto, and the other end extends into the second body (3) and is fixed thereto; the damping assembly is arranged in the first body (4) and connected to the bend plate (7); the damping assembly is arranged to slow down or close the hinge at a constant speed; the first body (4) and the second body (3) are respectively fixed on the glass wall (2) and the glass door and window (1) by means of fasteners (6). The bend plate (7) is used to hide the hinge shaft, and the damping assembly is used to achieve a damping function of the hinge.
