CEMENT COMPOSITION AND CURED PRODUCT THEREOF
A cement composition comprising microcapsules, said microcapsules having a core-shell structure consisting of a core formed of a water repellent organic silicon material selected from the group consisting of an organosilane, an organosilane partial condensate and a branched siloxane resin and a shell formed of a silicon-based network polymer containing silica unit, and a cement, wherein the content of the microcapsules is 0.01 part by weight or more and less than 0.5 part by weight per 100 parts by weight of the cement. Thus, the present invention can provide a cement composition capable of providing a cured product which has high strength and, moreover, is excellent in air content stability, ability to block invasion of substances, dry shrinkage properties and resistance against freezing and thawing.
L'invention concerne une composition de ciment comprenant des microcapsules, lesdites microcapsules ayant une structure cœur-enveloppe constituée d'un cœur formé d'un matériau de silicium organique hydrofuge choisi dans le groupe constitué par un organosilane, un condensat partiel d'organosilane et une résine de siloxane ramifié et une enveloppe formée d'un polymère à réseau à base de silicium contenant un motif silice, et un ciment, la teneur en microcapsules étant supérieure ou égale à 0,01 partie en poids et inférieure à 0,5 partie en poids pour 100 parties en poids du ciment. Ainsi, la présente invention peut fournir une composition de ciment apte à fournir un produit durci qui a une résistance élevée et, de plus, est excellente en termes de stabilité de la teneur en air, de capacité à bloquer l'invasion de substances, de propriétés de retrait à sec et de résistance au gel-dégel.
