The present invention relates to a method for constructing a movable building by using modules, the method comprising the steps of: a) preparing a single module and installing a foundation block at a site; b) forming a complex module having a space by assembling at least two single modules at an assembly table near the site; c) lifting the assembled complex module and installing the complex module on the foundation block; and d) installing a roof module on the uppermost complex module, and integrally reinforcing the foundation block, the complex module, and the roof module by using a reinforcing means, wherein in step d), the installing of the roof module includes coupling the roof module to the complex module via coupling pieces, and the integral reinforcing includes allowing the lower end of the reinforcing means to be fixed on the foundation block in a tensile state after passing through a through hole formed in the roof module, a through hole formed in the coupling piece, and a through hole formed in a pillar of the complex module while the upper end of the reinforcing means is fixed to the roof module.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de construction d'un bâtiment mobile à l'aide de modules, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : a) préparer un seul module et installer un bloc de fondation au niveau d'un site ; b) former un module complexe ayant un espace par assemblage d'au moins deux modules individuels au niveau d'une table d'assemblage à proximité du site ; c) soulever le module complexe assemblé et installer le module complexe sur le bloc de fondation ; et d) installer un module de toit sur le module complexe le plus haut, et renforcer totalement le bloc de fondation, le module complexe et le module de toit à l'aide d'un moyen de renforcement, dans l'étape d), l'installation du module de toit comprenant le couplage du module de toit au module complexe par l'intermédiaire de pièces de couplage, et le renforcement total consiste à permettre à l'extrémité inférieure du moyen de renforcement d'être fixée sur le bloc de fondation dans un état de traction après le passage à travers un trou traversant formé dans le module de toit, un trou traversant formé dans la pièce d'accouplement, et un trou traversant formé dans un pilier du module complexe tandis que l'extrémité supérieure du moyen de renforcement est fixée au module de toit.

본 발명은 모듈을 이용한 이동가능 건축물의 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, a) 단독모듈을 준비하고 현장에 기초블록을 설치하는 단계, b) 현장 인근의 조립대에서 적어도 2개의 단독모듈을 조립하여 하나의 공간을 가지는 복합모듈을 형성시키는 단계, c) 조립된 복합모듈을 양중하여 기초블록에 설치하는 단계, d) 최상층 복합모듈의 상부에 지붕모듈을 설치하고, 기초블록과 복합모듈 및 지붕모듈을 보강수단으로 일체화 보강하는 단계로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 d)단계에서의 지붕모듈 설치는 결합편에 의해 복합모듈과 결합되도록 하고, 일체화 보강은 보강수단이 상단을 지붕모듈에 고정시킨 상태에서 지붕모듈에 형성된 통과홀과, 결합편에 형성된 통과홀 및, 복합모듈의 기둥에 형성된 통과홀을 통과한 후 인장상태로 기초블록에 하단이 고정되도록 하는 것임을 특징으로 한다.
