FIREPROOF AND WATERPROOF BIOMASS FLOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A fireproof and waterproof biomass floor and a manufacturing method therefor. The floor comprises, in parts by weight, 80-95 parts of a wood fiber, 5-20 parts of an additive, and 0-1 part of a pigment. The additive comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: a metal oxide: 10-20 wt%; a hydrochloride: 10-20 wt%; a non-metal oxide: 5-10 wt%; a weak acid: 5-10 wt%; a sulfate: 1-2 wt%; a phosphate: 1-2 wt%; and water: 36-68 wt%. The manufacturing method comprises: mixing the wood fiber, the additive, and the pigment; flatly laying the obtained mixture on a base plate; performing die pressing, and standing for 3-10 days; performing demolding; subjecting the obtained demolded plate to edge cutting, drying, sanding, assembling, hot pressing, cutting, curing, slotting, and silent pad pasting on the back face. The floor has the advantages of being fireproof, ultralow in water absorption thickness expansion rate, and ultralow in formaldehyde release amount.

Le plancher comprend, en parties en poids, 80 à 95 parties d'une fibre de bois, 5 à 20 parties d'un additif, et 0 à 1 partie d'un pigment. L'additif comprend les constituants matières premières suivants en pourcentage en poids : un oxyde métallique : 10 à 20 % en poids ; un chlorhydrate : 10 à 20 % en poids ; un oxyde non métallique : 5 à 10 % en poids ; un acide faible : 5 à 10 % en poids ; un sulfate : 1 à 2 % en poids ; un phosphate : 1 à 2 % en poids, et de l'eau : 36 à 68 % en poids. Le procédé de fabrication consiste : à mélanger la fibre de bois, l'additif et le pigment ; à poser à plat le mélange obtenu sur une plaque de base ; à effectuer un pressage à la matrice, et à reposer pendant 3 à 10 jours ; à effectuer un démoulage ; à soumettre la plaque démoulée obtenue à une coupe du bord, à un séchage, à un ponçage, à un assemblage, à un pressage à chaud, à une découpe, à un durcissement, à un rainurage et à un collage de patin assourdissant sur la face arrière. Le plancher présente les avantages d'être ignifuge, ultra-faible quant au taux d'expansion de l'épaisseur par absorption d'eau, et ultra-faible quant à la quantité de libération de formaldéhyde.
