METAL SILICIDE-BASED HEATING MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A metal silicide-based heating material and a preparation method therefor. The metal silicide-based heating material consists of Si and other metals, the ratio of Si being 30-45 wt% on the basis of the total weight of the metal silicide-based heating material. The preparation method comprises: mixing an Si powder and another metal powder, pressing same into a blank, and sintering same at a high temperature. The metal silicide-based heating material can not only meet the requirements of electrical and mechanical properties of a small heating body, but also greatly simplify the preparation process of a product and reduce production costs.
Matériau chauffant à base de siliciure de métal et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau chauffant à base de siliciure de métal est constitué de Si et d'autres métaux, le rapport de Si étant de 30 à 45 % en poids sur la base du poids total du matériau chauffant à base de siliciure de métal. Le procédé de préparation consiste : à mélanger une poudre de Si et une autre poudre métallique, à les comprimer dans une ébauche, et à les fritter à une température élevée. Le matériau chauffant à base de siliciure métallique peut non seulement satisfaire aux exigences de propriétés électriques et mécaniques d'un petit corps chauffant, mais également simplifier grandement le processus de préparation d'un produit et réduire les coûts de production.
