MODULAR STAIR STRUCTURE FOR FABRICATED BUILDING
Disclosed is a modular stair structure for a fabricated building. The modular stair structure comprises: a lower floor beam; an upper floor beam; a stair landing, and stepping assemblies for connecting the stair landing to the lower floor beam and for connecting the stair landing to the upper floor beam, with the stair landing and the stepping assemblies being located between the lower floor beam and the upper floor beam; two main boards arranged on stepping assemblies in a face to face manner; a plurality of stepping plates arranged between the two main boards; and connecting members used for connecting the main boards and the stepping plates, wherein the plurality of stepping plates are sequentially and obliquely arranged downwards; the faces of the two main boards which face each other are the inner surface of the respective main board; the connecting members are respectively mounted on the inner surfaces of the two main boards; and each stepping plate comprises a horizontal panel and a vertical panel. The present invention achieves a fully fabricated design of house steps, prevents the steps from being assembled by means of welding on a construction site, simplifies the assembly process, improves the assembly speed, and achieves integrated, convenient mounting of house steps.
La présente invention divulgue une structure d'escalier modulaire pour un bâtiment préfabriqué. La structure d'escalier modulaire comprend : une poutre de plancher inférieure ; une poutre de plancher supérieure ; un palier d'escalier et des ensembles paliers pour relier le palier d'escalier à la poutre de plancher inférieure et pour relier le palier d'escalier à la poutre de plancher supérieure, le palier d'escalier et les ensembles paliers étant situés entre la poutre de plancher inférieure et la poutre de plancher supérieure ; deux panneaux principaux disposés face à face sur les ensembles paliers ; une pluralité de plaques de paliers disposées entre les deux panneaux principaux ; et des éléments de liaison utilisés pour relier les panneaux principaux et les plaques de paliers, la pluralité de plaques de paliers étant agencées de manière séquentielle et oblique vers le bas ; les faces des deux panneaux principaux qui se font face l'un à l'autre sont la surface interne du panneau principal respectif ; les éléments de liaison sont respectivement montés sur les surfaces internes des deux panneaux principaux ; et chaque plaque de palier comprend un panneau horizontal et un panneau vertical. La présente invention permet d'obtenir une conception d'escalier de maison entièrement préfabriquée, évite l'assemblage des marches par soudure sur le chantier de construction, simplifie le processus d'assemblage, améliore la vitesse d'assemblage et permet d'obtenir un montage pratique et intégré d'escalier de maison.
