BULKHEAD FOR FACILITATING BACKFILLING OF A STOPE UPON MINING THEREOF
A bulkhead for use in facilitating backfilling of a stope upon mining thereof includes a skid having a base and a pair of post members extending upwardly from the base. The bulkhead also includes a barrier having a primary grid assembly pivotally supported on the pair of post members, at least one secondary grid assembly selectively, and sequentially, stacked upon the primary grid assembly; and a brace selectively stacked upon an uppermost one of the primary grid assembly and the at least one secondary grid assembly. An aspect ratio of the barrier, prior to, backfilling, is operably adjustable by individually adjusting one or more of the primary grid assembly, the secondary grid assembly and the brace to confirm with an aspect ratio of an access tunnel, or a brow, adjacent to the stope for subsequently facilitating backfilling of the stope.
La présente invention concerne une cloison destinée à être utilisée pour faciliter le remblayage d'une chambre lors de l'exploitation minière de celle-ci, ladite cloison comprenant un patin ayant une base et une paire d'éléments de montant s'étendant vers le haut à partir de la base. La cloison comprend également une barrière ayant un ensemble grille primaire supporté de façon pivotante sur la paire d'éléments montants, au moins un ensemble grille secondaire empilé de manière sélective et séquentielle sur l'ensemble grille primaire ; et une entretoise empilée de manière sélective sur l'ensemble grille situé le plus haut parmi l'ensemble grille primaire et le ou les ensembles grilles secondaires. Un rapport d'aspect de la barrière, avant remblayage, est réglable de manière fonctionnelle par réglage individuel d'un ou de plusieurs éléments parmi l'ensemble grille primaire, l'ensemble grille secondaire et l'entretoise pour être compatible avec un rapport d'aspect d'un tunnel d'accès, ou d'une galerie inclinée, adjacent à la chambre pour faciliter ensuite le remblayage de la chambre.
