CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR FOUNDATION PIT EARTHWORK TRANSPORTATION AND CRUSHING
The present invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit earthwork transportation and crushing methods. Disclosed is a construction method for foundation pit earthwork transportation and crushing, comprising the following construction steps: providing a first horizontal conveying structure at the bottom of a foundation pit, and dropping the earthwork excavated by an excavator directly into the first horizontal conveying structure; conveying the earthwork to a feed hopper of a crusher by means of the first horizontal conveying structure, so that the crusher crushes the earthwork into an earth-rock mixture; providing multiple inclined conveyor belts on a side of the foundation pit, a discharge port of the crusher being configured above the inclined conveyor belts, the multiple inclined conveyor belts being fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the foundation pit, and the multiple inclined conveyor belts being arranged in sequence and extending to the top of the foundation pit; and conveying the earth and rock mixture to the top of the foundation pit by means of the inclined conveyor belts and then to a storage space for storage by means of a fourth inclined conveyor belt. The present method has the advantages of small space occupation, less interference by support structures in the foundation pit, and high transportation efficiency.
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique des procédés de transport et de concassage de terrassement de puits de fondation. L'invention concerne un procédé de construction pour le transport et le concassage de terrassement de puits de fondation, comprenant les étapes de construction suivantes : la fourniture d'une première structure de transport horizontale au fond d'un puits de fondation, et le dépôt de terrassement excavé par une excavatrice directement dans la première structure de transport horizontale ; le transport du terrassement vers une trémie d'alimentation d'un concasseur au moyen de la première structure de transport horizontale, de telle sorte que le concasseur écrase le terrassement en un mélange de terre et de roches ; la fourniture de multiples bandes transporteuses inclinées sur un côté du puits de fondation, un orifice de déchargement du concasseur étant conçu au-dessus des bandes transporteuses inclinées, les multiples bandes transporteuses inclinées étant disposées de manière fixe sur la paroi latérale interne du puits de fondation, et les multiples bandes transporteuses inclinées étant agencées en séquence et s'étendent jusqu'à la partie supérieure du puits de fondation ; et le transport du mélange de terre et de roches vers le haut du puits de fondation au moyen des bandes transporteuses inclinées, puis vers un espace de stockage pour le stockage au moyen d'une quatrième bande transporteuse inclinée. Le présent procédé a les avantages d'une faible occupation d'espace, une faible interférence avec les structures de support dans le puits de fondation, et une efficacité de transport élevée.
