Disclosed are a processing and forming method for a microwave ceramic dielectric filter and the microwave ceramic dielectric filter prepared by means of the method. The microwave ceramic dielectric filter comprises a ceramic dielectric body and a metal layer attached to the surface of the ceramic dielectric body, and the ceramic dielectric body is formed by mixing microwave ceramic powder with a ceramic forming agent at least containing a binder and then performing injection molding. The present invention can solve the problems of inconsistent dry-pressing molding size shrinkage, a local dielectric constant difference, incapability of molding complex shapes, and non-uniform green body density and the like of the microwave ceramic dielectric filter.
Sont divulgués, un procédé de traitement et de formation d'un filtre diélectrique en céramique hyperfréquence et le filtre diélectrique en céramique hyperfréquence préparé au moyen du procédé. Le filtre diélectrique en céramique hyperfréquence comprend un corps diélectrique en céramique et une couche métallique fixée à la surface du corps diélectrique en céramique, et le corps diélectrique en céramique est formé par mélange d'une poudre de céramique hyperfréquence avec un agent de formation de céramique contenant au moins un liant, puis par réalisation d'un moulage par injection. La présente invention permet de résoudre les problèmes de rétrécissement irrégulier de la taille du moulage par pressage à sec, d'une différence de constante diélectrique locale, de l'incapacité à mouler des formes complexes, et d'une densité de corps vert non uniforme et similaires du filtre diélectrique en céramique hyperfréquence.
