Die Gebäudetür (2a) ist durch die elektronische Schliesseinrichtung (50) bei einem gültigen Berechtigungsnachweis entriegelbar und von einer geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position bringbar, um dem Objekt (20) an der Gebäudetür (2a) Zugang zu gewähren. Ein Sensorsystem (8) überwacht eine Zugangszone (Z1, Z2, Z3), die einen festgelegten Zugangsbereich zur Gebäudetür (2a) umfasst, um eine Person (4) zu detektieren, die sich in der Zugangszone (Z1, Z2, Z3) aufhält. Eine Steuereinrichtung (24) erzeugt ein Alarmsignal, wenn das Gebäudetürsystem (2) dem Objekt (20) Zugang gewährt und das Sensorsystem (8) eine Person (4) in der Zugangszone (Z1, Z2, Z3) detektiert, wobei das Gebäudetürsystem (2) bei Empfang des Alarmsignals das Gewähren des Zugangs unterbindet.
