METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUILDING PANEL USING GLASS FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC AND BUILDING PANEL THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a building panel using glass fiber reinforced plastic and a building panel thereof, having excellent mechanical strength as well as not undergoing visual surface changes such as discoloration, yellowing, or whitening when used on a roof or exterior walls of buildings such as modular houses or prefabricated buildings, while at the same time having a visually pleasing appearance to impart a luxurious look to the corresponding building. The method for manufacturing a building panel using glass fiber reinforced plastic according to the present invention is configured to comprise the steps of: arranging a pair of glass fiber reinforced plastic panels to be in a state in which a filling space is formed therebetween; filling the filling space with a filling material; and applying a mixed material of silica sand and a binding resin to any one or both surfaces of the pair of glass fiber reinforced plastic panels.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de construction utilisant du plastique renforcé par des fibres de verre et un panneau de construction associé, ayant une excellente résistance mécanique et ne subissant aucun changement de surface visuel tel qu'une décoloration, un jaunissement, ou un blanchiment lorsqu'il est utilisé sur un toit ou des parois extérieures de bâtiments tels que des maisons modulaires ou des bâtiments préfabriqués, tout en ayant un aspect visuellement agréable pour conférer un aspect luxueux au bâtiment correspondant. Le procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de construction utilisant du plastique renforcé par des fibres de verre, selon la présente invention, est conçu pour comprendre les étapes suivantes : l'agencement d'une paire de panneaux en plastique renforcé par des fibres de verre en un état dans lequel un espace de remplissage est formé entre eux ; le remplissage de l'espace de remplissage avec un matériau de remplissage ; et l'application d'un matériau mixte de sable de silice et d'une résine de liaison aux deux surfaces ou à l'une des deux surfaces de la paire de panneaux en plastique renforcé par des fibres de verre.
본 발명은 기계적 강도가 매우 우수할 뿐만 아니라 모듈러 하우스 내지 조립식 건축물 등 건축물의 지붕 내지 외벽에 사용 시에도 변색, 황변, 백화 등의 시각적인 표면 변화를 발생시키지 않는 동시에 외관상 매우 미려하여 해당 건축물의 고급스러운 연출이 실현될 수 있도록 하는 유리섬유강화플라스틱을 이용하는 건축용 패널의 제조 방법 및 그 건축용 패널에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 유리섬유강화플라스틱을 이용하는 건축용 패널의 제조 방법은, 한 쌍의 유리섬유강화플라스틱 패널이 사이에 충전 공간을 형성한 상태로 배치되는 단계와, 상기 충전 공간에 충전 재료가 채워지는 단계와, 상기 한 쌍의 유리섬유강화플라스틱 패널 중 어느 하나 또는 둘 모두의 일면에 규사 및 바인딩 수지의 혼합 재료가 도포되는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.
