Ein derartiges medizinisches Gerät, aufweisend ein Gehäusebauteil, einen Deckel und eine Schwenklageranordnung, mittels derer der Deckel an dem Gehäusebauteil und um eine Schwenkachse relativ zu dem Gehäusebauteil schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist, wobei der Deckel wenigstens zwischen einer Abdeckstellung, in welcher der Deckel das Gehäusebauteil abdeckt, und einer Freigabestellung, in welcher der Deckel das Gehäusebauteil freigibt, schwenkbeweglich ist, und wobei die Schwenklageranordnung wenigstens zwei entlang der Schwenkachse voneinander beabstandet angeordnete Schwenklager aufweist, ist bekannt. Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Schwenklager jeweils ein Lagerelement und eine Lagerelementaufnahme auf, wobei die Lagerelemente in die jeweilige Lagerelementaufnahme eingreifen und relativ zu derselben um die Schwenkachse schwenkbeweglich und entlang der Schwenkachse begrenzt linearbeweglich sind, wodurch der Deckel entlang der Schwenkachse relativ zu dem Gehäusebauteil linearbeweglich verlagerbar ist zwischen einer Demontagestellung, in welcher wenigstens eines der Lagerelemente außer Eingriff mit der jeweiligen Lagerelementaufnahme ist, und einer Lagerstellung, in welcher beide Lagerelemente in Eingriff mit der jeweiligen Lagerelementaufnahme sind, und wobei eine Federanordnung vorgesehen ist, mittels derer der Deckel entlang der Schwenkachse federnd gelagert und in Richtung der Lagerstellung relativ zu dem Gehäusebauteil elastisch vorgespannt ist. La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical, ayant une partie boîtier, un couvercle et un agencement de palier à pivot au moyen duquel le couvercle est monté de façon à se déplacer de manière pivotante sur la partie boîtier et autour d'un axe de pivotement par rapport à la partie boîtier, le couvercle pouvant pivoter au moins entre une position de recouvrement, dans laquelle le couvercle recouvre la partie boîtier, et une position d'exposition, dans laquelle le couvercle expose la partie boîtier, et l'agencement de palier à pivot ayant au moins deux paliers à pivot disposés à distance l'un de l'autre le long de l'axe de pivotement. Selon l'invention, les paliers à pivot comportent chacun un élément de palier et un logement d'élément de palier, les éléments de palier s'engageant dans les logements d'éléments de palier respectifs et pouvant pivoter par rapport à ceux-ci autour de l'axe de pivotement et pouvant être déplacés linéairement à un degré limité le long de l'axe de pivotement, ce qui permet au couvercle d'être déplacé linéairement le long de l'axe de pivotement par rapport à la partie boîtier entre une position de démontage, dans laquelle au moins l'un des éléments de palier n'est pas en prise avec le réceptacle d'élément de palier respectif, et une position de palier, dans laquelle les deux éléments de palier sont en prise avec les réceptacles d'élément de palier respectifs, et un système de ressort prévu au moyen duquel le couvercle est monté de manière élastique le long de l'axe de pivotement et est précontraint élastiquement par rapport à la partie boîtier dans la direction de la position de palier.
