PREPARATION METHOD FOR TITANIA CERAMIC ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE
A preparation method for a titania ceramic ultrafiltration membrane. A sol-gel process is combined with hydrothermal processing of a microemulsion medium to prepare a titania nanosol. An additive is introduced into a titania sol to form a membrane coating solution, which is dip-coated onto a porous alumina ceramic membrane; said membrane is then dried and calcined such that a titania ultrafiltration membrane layer may be obtained. In the invention, a specific emulsifier is added to a titania sol; a titania nanosol is prepared by means of a low-temperature hydrothermal reaction having a short reaction time; a membrane coating solution is formulated, and drying and calcining are carried out, thus producing a titania ultrafiltration membrane.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une membrane d'ultrafiltration en céramique de dioxyde de titane. Un processus sol-gel est combiné à un traitement hydrothermique d'un milieu de microémulsion pour préparer un nano-sol de dioxyde de titane. Un additif est introduit dans un sol de dioxyde de titane pour former une solution d'enrobage de membrane, qui est utilisée pour enrober par immersion une membrane céramique d'alumine poreuse ; ladite membrane est ensuite séchée et calcinée de telle sorte qu'une couche de membrane d'ultrafiltration de dioxyde de titane peut être obtenue. Dans l'invention, un émulsifiant spécifique est ajouté à un sol de dioxyde de titane ; un nano-sol de dioxyde de titane est préparé au moyen d'une réaction hydrothermique à basse température ayant un temps de réaction court ; une solution d'enrobage de membrane est formulée, et le séchage et la calcination sont effectués, produisant ainsi une membrane d'ultrafiltration de dioxyde de titane.
