IMPROVED ELECTRONIC BOLT FOR CARGO CONTAINERS
An electronic bolt seal assembly for locking a hasp of a cargo container, the assembly comprising: a bolt member comprising a head and an elongate shank extending therefrom; a locking body with a housing comprising a cavity for engaging the shank of the bolt member such that during use in a locking configuration the locking body is operable to lock the shank to the locking body in response to axial displacement of the shank within the housing; an electronic module arranged at or adjacent the head in a housing, the electronic module having one or more tracking and communication devices and an electronic circuit to communicate the electronic bolt seal assembly's location to a remote communication center, wherein the locking body is detachably attached relative to the housing in an initial non-activated configuration and wherein detachment of the locking body from the housing effects actuation of the electronic module.
L'invention concerne un ensemble joint de pêne électronique servant à verrouiller un moraillon d'un conteneur de fret. L'ensemble comprend : un élément de pêne doté d'une tête et d'une tige allongée s'étendant à partir de celle-ci ; un corps de verrouillage doté d'un boîtier comprenant une cavité destinée à venir en prise avec la tige de l'élément de pêne de telle sorte que, pendant l'utilisation dans une configuration de verrouillage, le corps de verrouillage peut être actionné pour verrouiller la tige au corps de verrouillage en réponse à un déplacement axial de la tige à l'intérieur du boîtier ; un module électronique disposé au niveau ou à proximité de la tête dans un boîtier. Le module électronique comporte un ou plusieurs dispositifs de suivi et de communication et un circuit électronique pour communiquer l'emplacement de l'ensemble joint de pêne électronique à un centre de communication à distance. Le corps de verrouillage est fixé de manière amovible par rapport au boîtier dans une configuration initiale non activée et le détachement du corps de verrouillage du boîtier provoque l'actionnement du module électronique.
