A cross-shaped sliding door carrying rack for a sliding plug door, the rack comprising a sliding sleeve (1), a fixed sleeve assembly (2), a guide sleeve assembly (3) and a guide rod assembly (4); the fixed sleeve assembly (2) is fixed on the outside of the sliding sleeve (1), the guide sleeve assembly (3) is embedded in the fixed sleeve assembly (2), the guide rod assembly (4) is inserted into the guide sleeve assembly (3) and is slidably connected to the guide sleeve assembly (3), the fixed sleeve assembly (2) is provided perpendicular to the sliding sleeve (1), and the lower portion of the guide rod assembly (4) is connected to a guide wheel assembly (5).
