Die Konstruktion ermöglicht die Nutzung eines breiteren Spektrums nachhaltiger Werkstoffe zum Bilden der Innen- sowie Aussenwände und ein Klemmsystem macht die Konstruktion ausserdem reparierbar. Durch die spezifische Anbringung diffusionsoffener Werkstoffe in Kombination mit Aerogelkann eine passive Raumklimatisierung gewährleistet und Isolationswerte erreicht werden, die mit festen Behausungen vergleichbar sind. Dank der Gewichtsreduktion der Erfindung kann zudem grösser gebaut und/oder eine ökologischere Mobilität gewährleistet werden. Die Erfindung macht darüber hinaus die Optimierung mit bekannten Werkstoffen in Richtung Nachhaltigkeit möglich und ist Dank der Verwendung entsprechender Materialien voll rezyklierbar.

The invention relates to environmentally friendly construction for mobile dwellings with rigid vertical construction profiles with horizontal/diagonal connections for forming a load-bearing frame for an internal space, wherein the construction profiles consist of load-bearing aluminium, carbon or other material used in lightweight construction techniques and filling panels are attached in the intermediate spaces of the frame, wherein aerogel is applied in the region of the profiles on the outside and an insulating layer is applied in the region of the filling panels on the inside. The construction allows for the use of a wider range of lasting materials to form the internal and external walls and a clamping system means the construction can also be repaired. With the specific use of breathable materials in combination with aerogel, passive air conditioning of the space can be guaranteed and insulation values can be achieved that are comparable with fixed dwellings. Thanks to the weight reduction in the invention, larger constructions can be made and/or more ecological transportability is guaranteed. The invention also allows for optimisation using known materials towards sustainability and is fully recyclable thanks to the use of said materials.

L'invention concerne une construction respectueuse de l'environnement pour des logements mobiles ayant des profilés de construction verticaux rigides avec des liaisons horizontales/diagonales pour former un cadre porteur pour un espace intérieur, les profilés de construction étant constitués d'aluminium, de carbone ou d'un autre matériau porteur utilisé dans des techniques de construction légère et des panneaux de remplissage sont fixés dans les espaces intermédiaires du cadre, l'aérogel étant appliqué dans la zone des profilés à l'extérieur et une couche isolante étant appliquée dans la zone des panneaux de remplissage à l'intérieur. La construction permet l'utilisation d'un plus grand nombre de matériaux durables pour former les parois interne et externe et un système de serrage signifie que la construction peut également être réparée. Grâce à l'utilisation spécifique de matériaux perméables à l'air en association avec un aérogel, une climatisation passive de l'espace peut être garantie et des valeurs d'isolation peuvent être obtenues qui sont comparables à celles des logements fixes. Grâce à la réduction du poids de l'invention, des constructions plus grandes peuvent être réalisées et/ou une meilleure aptitude au transport écologique est garantie.
