A construction finishing panel according to an embodiment of the present invention covers the surface of a building structure by being arranged in the horizontal and the vertical direction, is formed with an outer wall surface and an inner wall surface formed on the opposite surface as the outer wall surface and attached to the building structure, and, if a plurality of panels are provided, can be mutually connected in the transverse and the longitudinal direction. The construction finishing panel has: an accommodation groove formed on the upper surface of the panel; a lower catching protrusion formed on the lower surface of the panel and having a size that can be accommodated in the accommodation groove; an outer water channel forming cover formed on one side of the panel; and an inner water channel forming plate formed on the other side of the panel and having a groove so as to form a water channel therein through which condensation can flow, if the plate is covered by the outer water channel forming cover of another panel.
