Device for hands-free unlocking/locking of an opening element of a motor vehicle, said device being intended to be on board said vehicle, and comprising a radiofrequency antenna and radiofrequency transmission/reception means which are able to authenticate a portable user device, at least one capacitive sensor for detecting the approach and/or contact of a user's limb in a predetermined region, an electronic unit controlling the unlocking of the opening element, said device being characterized in that it further comprises an emergency access device.
Dispositif de déverrouillage/verrouillage «mains libres» d'un ouvrant de véhicule automobile, ledit dispositif étant destiné à être embarqué dans ledit véhicule, et comprenant une antenne radiofréquence et des moyens d'émission/réception radiofréquence aptes à authentifier un équipement portable d'utilisateur, au moins un capteur capacitif de détection d'approche et/ou de contact d'un membre de l'utilisateur dans une zone prédéterminée, une unité électronique commandant le déverrouillage de l'ouvrant, ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un dispositif d'accès de secours.
