CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR DISMANTLING CONCRETE SUPPORTS OF PREFABRICATED SUBWAY STATION
The present invention relates to the technical field of pile support system prefabricated station construction, and specifically relates to a construction method for dismantling concrete supports of a prefabricated subway station. The method comprises: hoisting several fixing bottom plate blocks in sequence, and tightening and locking the bottom plate blocks along the longitudinal depth direction; performing base grouting, fertilizer trough backfilling and inverted-arch backfilling; grouping according to several corresponding steel supports below first concrete supports, and dividing the concrete supports and the steel supports into a plurality of groups in the depth advancement direction; and splicing side wall blocks, middle plate blocks and top plate blocks in a group in succession according to the depth advancement direction, adding temporary supports in the construction advancement direction, and dismantling the steel supports and concrete supports in the group. By means of the disclosed construction method, the concrete supports may be dismantled simultaneously during the propulsive construction of the foundation pit and a roadway, and the original concrete supports and steel supports may be gradually dismantled when the bottom plate blocks, side wall blocks, top plate blocks and so on are spliced. The dismantling process is simple and more efficient, and is also safer and more reliable.
La présente invention relève du domaine technique de la construction de station préfabriquée d'un système de support de pieu, et concerne en particulier un procédé de construction pour le démontage de supports en béton d'une station de métro préfabriquée. Le procédé comprend : le levage de plusieurs blocs de plaques de fond de fixation en séquence, le serrage et le verrouillage des blocs de plaques de fond le long de la direction de profondeur longitudinale ; la réalisation d'une injection de coulis de base, le remblayage de cavité d'engrais et le remblayage en arc inversé ; le regroupement selon plusieurs supports en acier correspondants sous les premiers supports en béton, et la division des supports en béton et des supports en acier en plusieurs groupes dans la direction d'avancement en profondeur ; et le raccordement des blocs de parois latérales, des blocs de plaques intermédiaires et des blocs de plaques supérieures dans un groupe successivement selon la direction d'avancement de la profondeur, l'ajout de supports temporaires dans la direction d'avancement de la construction, et le démontage des supports en acier et des supports en béton dans le groupe. Le procédé de construction selon l'invention, permet de démonter simultanément les supports en béton lors de la construction propulsive du puits de fondation et de la chaussée, les supports en béton et les supports en acier d'origine peuvent être progressivement démontés lorsque les blocs de plaques de fond, les blocs de parois latérales, les blocs de plaques supérieures et ainsi de suite sont raccordés. Le processus de démontage est simple et plus efficace, et est également plus sûr et plus fiable.
