A method of producing a nanosilica-containing cement formulation, the method comprising the steps of mixing an amount of a determinant nanosilica particle and a functional coating; applying a dynamic initiator to trigger a reversible reaction of the functional coating to produce a reversible cage, where the reversible cage surrounds the determinant nanosilica particle to produce an encapsulated nanosilica; and mixing the encapsulated nanosilica and a cement formulation to produce the nanosilica-containing cement formulation
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une formulation de ciment contenant de la nanosilice qui comprend les étapes consistant à mélanger une quantité d'une particule de nanosilice déterminante et un revêtement fonctionnel ; appliquer un initiateur dynamique pour déclencher une réaction réversible du revêtement fonctionnel pour produire une cage réversible, la cage réversible entourant la particule de nanosilice déterminante pour produire une nanosilice encapsulée ; et mélanger la nanosilice encapsulée et une formulation de ciment pour produire la formulation de ciment contenant de la nanosilice.
