Disclosed are a drainage assembly and a water tank. The drainage assembly comprises a base body, with two ends of the base body being provided with an input port and an output port, respectively, and the input port being in communication with the output port by means of a flow channel located in the base body, wherein the flow channel comprises an upper chamber in communication with the input port and a lower chamber in communication with the output port; the base body is provided with a switch mechanism for controlling connection and disconnection between the upper chamber and the lower chamber; and the base body is provided with a water inlet connector and a liquid level measurement connector, which are separately in communication with the upper chamber. The drainage assembly and the water tank provided in the present invention have liquid level measurement and water supply functions in addition to a drainage function.
