A PARTICULATE INFILL MATERIAL
The present invention relates to a particulate infill material for artificial turfs, wherein said particulate infill material comprises a plurality of coated particles each including a particle core and a first bio-coating layer, wherein said particle core has a mineral content higher than 95% by weight of the particle core, and wherein said first bio-coating is biodegradable and/or bio-based. Furthermore, a method for producing the particulate infill material and the use of the particulate infill material are disclosed. Also, an artificial turf comprising above mentioned particulate infill material and a method for forming the artificial turf is disclosed.
La présente invention concerne un matériau de remplissage sous forme de particules pour des gazons artificiels, ledit matériau de remplissage sous forme de particules comprenant une pluralité de particules enrobées comprenant chacune un noyau de particule et une première bio-couche de revêtement, ledit noyau de particule ayant une teneur en minéraux supérieure à 95 % en poids du noyau de particule, et ledit premier bio-revêtement étant biodégradable et/ou à base biologique. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication du matériau de remplissage sous forme de particules et l'utilisation du matériau de remplissage sous forme de particules. L'invention concerne également, un gazon artificiel comprenant le matériau de remplissage sous forme de particules ci-dessus mentionné et un procédé de formation du gazon artificiel.
