A system and method for manufacturing, assembling, and installing an extruded aluminum wall panel frame by manufacturing an extrusion profile that comprises a stud, a sole plate, and a sill plate and other components used to configure the extrusion profile into a frame either fully or partially assembled prior to transport and installation at the building site where the frame may be installed as a single-level structure or multi-level structure of varying lengths, widths, and floorplans.
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de fabrication, d'assemblage et d'installation d'une ossature de panneau mural en aluminium extrudé par la fabrication d'un profil d'extrusion qui comprend un goujon, une plaque de base et une lisse d'assise ainsi que d'autres composants utilisés pour configurer le profil d'extrusion en une ossature soit complètement soit partiellement assemblée avant le transport et l'installation au niveau du site de construction où l'ossature peut être installée en tant que structure à un seul niveau ou structure à niveaux multiples de longueurs, largeurs et plans d'étage variables.
