An aluminum oxide crystal fiber and an amorphous ceramic fiber are mixed and are combinations of fibers of different length gradations, and then fine powder fillers of different grain gradations and other additives are added, such that an internal structure of a product can be more uniform and consistent, the volumetric weight of the product is increased, the suction filtration property of a fiber cotton blank is also facilitated, the forming is facilitated, and the blank strength is improved. A coating is formed on the surface of a tile body, such that fiber cotton fibers of the tile body can be effectively protected, the temperature resistance of the tile body is improved, and the service life of the burner tile is prolonged.
