The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a casing element (1) made of ceramic, for the fields of watchmaking or jewelry making, which enables a casing element (1) to be obtained that is substantially homogeneous in terms of its structure and mechanical properties and that has variations of hue and/or color that are both original and unique on its surface. The manufacturing method comprises, in particular, a machining step intended to make different layers, of different respective natures, visible on the surface of the casing element (1).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément d'habillage (1) en céramique, pour les domaines de l'horlogerie ou de la bijouterie, permettant d'obtenir un élément d'habillage (1) sensiblement homogène du point de vue de sa structure et de ses propriétés mécaniques et présentant des variations de teinte et/ou de couleur à la fois originales et uniques à sa surface. Le procédé de fabrication comprend notamment une étape d'usinage destinée à rendre visibles différentes couches, de natures respectives différentes, à la surface de l'élément d'habillage (1).
