The present invention provides a sealing strip and a refrigerator having excellent thermal insulation performance. The sealing strip comprises an integrally formed base portion, a sealing sheet portion, a bag portion, and a flat panel portion; the base portion is mounted in a slot formed on a door; the sealing sheet portion extends from the base portion between the door and a storage compartment; the bag portion is mounted at the base portion and accommodates air; the flat panel portion serves as part of the bag portion. The sealing strip comprises a magnetic material, and the flat panel portion is selectively magnetized.
