In the plate device (1) of the door frame crossmember and the rack device (2) of the door pillar, the universally applicable devices, which are to be inserted into profiles or mortised or screwed onto solid supports, each comprise a plate (1, 4). The plates (1, 4) of said compact plate device (1) and compact rack device (2) are respectively made with a C-shaped profile of reduced cross-section and reduced single width and thickness dimensions, and the necessary and sufficient length suited to the respective functions of the racks (2) and motor device (5, 9, 26) comprising two separate cases (5, 9), one of which is a slidingly movable integral motor case (5), dependent on an adjustable connecting means (12) of a sliding adjustment device (9) which is rendered immovable from the plate (4).
