The present application provides an antibacterial composite material and a preparation method therefor. The antibacterial composite material comprises: a ceramic matrix; and an antibacterial functional layer, the antibacterial functional layer comprising a bactericide and covering at least part of the surface of the ceramic matrix, wherein components of the antibacterial functional layer comprise soluble antibacterial glass. The present application can improve the bactericidal efficiency and effect of the antibacterial composite material.
