METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BORON NITRIDE SINTERED BODY SHEET, AND SINTERED BODY SHEET
In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a boron nitride sintered body sheet, said method comprising: a step for firing a laminate of green sheets containing boron carbonitride and a sintering aid in a closed space formed by partitioning a part of a firing furnace to obtain a fired body; and a step for opening the aforesaid closed part and performing a heat treatment at 1800-2020°C to thereby obtain a sintered body sheet from the fired body.
Selon un aspect, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille de corps fritté en nitrure de bore, ledit procédé comprenant : une étape de cuisson d'un stratifié de feuilles crues contenant du carbonitrure de bore et un auxiliaire de frittage dans un espace fermé formé par division d'une partie d'un four de cuisson pour obtenir un corps cuit ; et une étape pour ouvrir la partie fermée susmentionnée et pour effectuer un traitement thermique à 1800-2020°C pour ainsi obtenir une feuille de corps fritté à partir du corps cuit.
本開示の一側面は、炭窒化ホウ素と焼結助剤とを含むグリーンシートの積層体を、焼成炉内の一部を区画して形成される閉鎖空間内で焼成して焼成体を得る工程と、上記閉鎖区間を開放して１８００～２０２０℃で加熱処理することによって、上記焼成体から焼結体シートを得る工程と、を有する、窒化ホウ素焼結体シートの製造方法を提供する。
