VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINER ELEKTROCHROMEN VORRICHTUNG, ELEKTROCHROME VORRICHTUNG UND ISOLIERVERGLASUNG
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer elektrochromen Vorrichtung (1) umfassend die folgenden Schritte in der nachfolgenden Reihenfolge: a) Bereitstellen eines Substrats (2) b) Aufbringen einer ersten elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht (6), c) Aufbringen zumindest einer aktiven Schicht (4),d) Einbringen erster nicht mit einander verbundener Ausnehmungen (P1) in einem vorgegebenen ersten Muster, e) Aufbringen einer zweiten elektrisch leitfähigen Schicht (8), f) Verbinden vorgegebener Anteils der ersten Ausnehmungen (P1) mittels eines Laserschnittes durch alle vorher aufgebrachten Schichten.Weiterhin betriff die Erfindung eine elektrochrome Vorrichtung und eine Isolierverglasung.
The invention relates to a method for producing an electrochromic device (1) having the following steps in the following order: a) providing a substrate (2), b) applying a first electrically conductive layer (6), c) applying at least one active layer (4), d) introducing first recesses (P1) which are not connected together in a specified first pattern, e) applying a second electrically conductive layer (8), and f) connecting a specified proportion of the first recesses (P1) by laser cutting through all of the previously applied layers. The invention additionally relates to an electrochromic device and an insulating glazing.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif électrochromique (1) présentant les étapes suivantes dans l'ordre suivant : a) la fourniture d'un substrat (2), b) l'application d'une première couche électriquement conductrice (6), c) l'application d'au moins une couche active (4), d) l'introduction des premiers évidements (P1) qui ne sont pas reliés les uns aux autres selon un premier motif spécifié, e) l'application d'une seconde couche électriquement conductrice (8), et f) la connexion d'une proportion spécifiée des premiers évidements (P1) par découpe au laser à travers toutes les couches précédemment appliquées. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif électrochromique et un vitrage isolant.
