Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gehäuses (1) einer Sanitärarmatur, aufweisend zumindest folgende Schritte: a) Gießen eines Gehäuseteils (2) aus einem ersten Metall; b) Ausbilden zumindest eines Kanals (3) für zumindest eine Wasserführung (4) in dem Gehäuseteil (2); c) Anordnen der zumindest einen Wasserführung (4) in dem zumindest einen Kanal (3) des Gehäuseteils (2); d) zumindest teilweises Umgießen des Gehäuseteils (2) mit einem zweiten Metall.Zudem wird ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem einteiligen Gehäuseteil (2) vorgeschlagen, das zumindest teilweise mit einem zweiten Metall umgossen ist.
The invention relates to a method for producing a housing (1) for a sanitary fitting, having at least the following steps: a) casting a housing part (2) from a first metal; b) forming at least one channel (3) for at least one water conduit (4) in the housing part (2); c) arranging the at least one water conduit (4) in the at least one channel (3) of the housing part (2); d) at least partially encapsulating the housing part (2) with a second metal. The invention also relates to a housing (1) having a one-piece housing part (2), which is encapsulated at least partially with a second metal.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un boîtier (1) pour une installation sanitaire, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes consistant à : a) couler une partie de boîtier (2) à partir d'un premier métal ; b) former au moins un canal (3) pour au moins un conduit d'eau (4) dans la partie de boîtier (2) ; c) agencer le ou les conduits d'eau (4) dans le ou les canaux (3) de la partie de boîtier (2) ; d) encapsuler au moins partiellement la partie de boîtier (2) avec un second métal. L'invention concerne également un boîtier (1) présentant une partie de boîtier en une seule pièce (2), qui est encapsulée au moins partiellement avec un second métal.
