MODULAR WALL SECTIONS WITH ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND STRUCTURAL GROUND CONNECTORS
Improvements in pre-fabricated modular wall sections to construct a building or house is disclosed. Adjacent side of the wall sections are tapered and dovetailed that lock-in-place. The dovetails are spaced to reduce the height that one section must be lifted to engage in an adjoining wall section. The footers / base plate will also have integrated earthquake or hurricane hold-downs in the footer / base plate that aligns and can be secured from the foundation to the wall sections. The connection of the wall section to the foundation to have counter flashing at the concrete insert and the wall-to-wall sections can be self-flashed. The wall sections can have GPS locators for positioning the wall sections. Plumbing and electrical conduit creating circuits that can be integrated into the walls and are connected sealed or bonded together.
L'invention concerne des améliorations dans des sections de paroi modulaires préfabriquées destinées à construire un bâtiment ou une maison. Des côtés adjacents des sections de paroi sont amincies et en queue d'aronde de façon à se verrouiller en place. Les queues d'aronde sont espacées pour réduire la hauteur dont une section doit être soulevée pour s'enclencher dans une section de paroi adjacente. Le piètement/la semelle sont également dotés d'attaches intégrées pour séismes ou ouragans dans le piètement/la semelle, qui s'alignent et peuvent être fixées à partir des fondations aux sections de paroi. La liaison de la section de paroi aux fondations est prévue pour comporter un contre-solin au niveau de l'insert à béton et les sections d'une paroi à l'autre peuvent être auto-recouvertes. Les sections de paroi peuvent comporter des localisateurs GPS servant à positionner les sections de paroi. La plomberie et des conduits électriques créant des circuits peuvent être intégrés dans les parois et sont raccordés, scellés ou collés ensemble.
