Element (1) of damping layer (200) comprising a frame (2) which comprises a plurality of through openings (4), a plurality of support bodies (5) which protrude from the frame (2) each arranged at a respective through opening (4) and bridging with structural continuity two attachment regions (6) belonging to the frame (2) and mutually opposite with respect to the respective through opening, wherein the plurality of support bodies (5) comprises at least a first and a second group of support bodies, each group comprising a respective plurality of rows (7, 8) of support bodies, wherein the rows (7) of the first group are interspersed with the rows (8) of the second group along a transversal direction (101), and wherein the support bodies (5) of the first group are arranged staggered with respect to the support bodies of the second group with respect to a longitudinal direction (100) perpendicular to said transversal direction (101).
