Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of examination, and provide a urine analysis device and method, and a toilet. The urine analysis device comprises a processor, a microfluidic chip, a housing, and a plurality of reagent capsules; the processor is used for controlling urine and an examination reagent in the plurality of reagent capsules to sequentially flow into a reaction cavity of the microfluidic chip for reaction when the urine enters the urine analysis device; the microfluidic chip is used for performing optical examination on a mixed liquid in the reaction cavity after the inflowing urine and the examination reagent react in the reaction cavity to obtain examination data; and the processor is also used for receiving a plurality of examination data returned by the microfluidic chip to obtain urine analysis data. The present application provides a urine analysis device assembled in a toilet, which can perform optical examination and analysis of a plurality of items on the urine of a user in daily life of the user to obtain the urine analysis data of the user.
