INSTALLING A WINDOW ASSEMBLY
A method of installing a window assembly into an opening of a building structure. The method including the steps of: detecting ambient noise levels at the opening of the building to identify a noise source; determining an elevation of the noise source relative to an elevation of the opening of the building; selecting positions of the inlet and outlet based on the determined elevation of the noise source such that the inlet is positioned on the outboard frame to be remote from the identified noise source; and mounting the first outer window sash and first inner window sash in their selected positions on the outboard frame and inboard frame, respectively.
Procédé d'installation d'un ensemble fenêtre dans une ouverture d'une structure de bâtiment. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à détecter des niveaux de bruit ambiant au niveau de l'ouverture du bâtiment pour identifier une source de bruit ; à déterminer une élévation de la source de bruit par rapport à une élévation de l'ouverture du bâtiment ; à sélectionner des positions de l'entrée et de la sortie sur la base de l'élévation déterminée de la source de bruit de telle sorte que l'entrée est positionnée sur le cadre extérieur pour être éloignée de la source de bruit identifiée ; et à monter le premier châssis de fenêtre externe et le premier châssis de fenêtre interne dans leurs positions sélectionnées sur le cadre extérieur et le cadre intérieur, respectivement.
